Returns Policy:
A request for merchandise return must be received at the RESA office within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. A record of the request will be made on a Return Authorization form and submitted immediately for approval. Any request made after five days cannot be honored since our vendors have a time limit as well.
RESA will accept returns for the following reasons:
Damages incurred in transportation to school
Failure of merchandise to operate properly upon receipt
Incorrect merchandise
Incorrect quantities of merchandise
Should the system mistakenly order the incorrect merchandise,
RESA will "swap it out" for the correct merchandise.A 15% restocking fee will be charged when the correct merchandise is billed.
